Joining La Scandibérique by coach
At national level, to travel by coach along the route, only the Flixbus company sparingly offers a service that allows a non-dismantled bike to be carried. Booking far in advance is essential!
At departmental level, bikes can be carried on some coach lines, but only in the luggage hold:
- Centre-Val de Loire : on Rémi 45 coaches, a year-round service with bike racks runs on selected trips and stops of line 3 (between Orléans and Gien), line 8 (between Orléans and Lailly-en-Val) and line 9 (between Orléans and Beaugency), on weekends and public holidays, and every day from April to September. Mandatory : book the day before (before noon) on 0 800 00 45 00 (free number, free service and calls).
- Sud Charentes : lines 10 Angoulême < > Baignes and 12 Angoulême < > Barbezieux, bike in the luggage hold
- Nouvelle-Aquitaine : bike in the luggage hold
- line 311 Libourne < > Montguyon
- line 501 Bordeaux < > Langon
- line 502 Bordeaux < > La Brède
- line 511 Bordeaux < > Hostens
- line 512 Langon < > Bazas
- Agen < > Mont-de-Marsan line: Nérac, Mézin, Labastide d’Armagnac
